First and most effective is nachani or Ragi soup. Nachni or Ragi is a grain found in India. Take 4 tablespoon of Ragi powder, mix it in 1 litre of water. Add some 2 to 3 small pieces of onions, add 1 teaspoon full of cumin powder in it. Salt to taste.
Boil this mixture for 15 minutes. Take out from gas. let it be cool. Take this soup as a whole or at multiple times a day in small feeds. Do it every after 2 to 3 days. You will find definitely your heat reduced.
Durva juice – Durva is green grass found in farms. Durva is a green grass that we needed for Ganpati festival. Take this grass, grind it well. Take one teaspoon full of durva juice. Mix it in a glass of cold water. Drink everyday at morning empty stomach.
Drink awala juice daily. It is also best home remedy. Take 10 to 12 raisins , at every night after chewing it properly. Cold milk and cold buttermilk are the best for reducing heartburn. Praval panchamrit – praval panchamrit is a powder. Take 1/2 to 1 teaspoonful of powder, mix it in one teaspoonful of desi ghee, ( cows butter) mix well and take 2 times a day before meal.
Shauktik bhasma – shauktik bhasma is a powder to be taken 1 to 2 teaspoonful. Mixing with one teaspoonful of Desi Ghee cow’s butter. Mix it well and take two times a day before meal.
