  1. Diet diet is very important for increasing your height . Height is mostly dependent on length of bones. As length of bones increases, height increases. Bones are made up of calcium, Vitamin D3, potassium and magnesium minerals are also important.

Exposure to early morning sun light for 15 minutes is important. Take one glass of milk daily. Orange, sweet lemon, bananas are the fruits to be taken frequently.

2. Protein intake- As bone height increases, there must be increase in muscle mass. Muscles are totally made up of proteins. So you should increase your protein intake.
